NIKAPLY®　Nomex® used high functional compound insulation film　N-series

N-series：It is insulation paper for motor application, which bonds Nomex® and film by adhesive.
The compound insulation paper has functions of heat resistance, insulation, mechanical strength,
and ATF oil resistance. The film used in insulation paper can be chosen among PET, PPS, PEN, PI films. It can be proposed according to customers’ requirement on structure.

NIKAPLY®　PPS film used　high functional compound insulation film　S-series

S-series：It is insulation material with heat resistance compounded of PPS film and PET film by adhesive.
Superior electrical characteristics, durability, processability, coil insertability can be balanced.
It consists of films and the total thickness can be made thin, so it can contribute to downsize and
heat conductivity for motors.

Introduction to NIKKAN Departments（Laminated Products Department）

The Laminated Products Department handles materials for flexible wiring boards that are suitable for downsizing and higher performance of electronic devices since they are thin and light, and more importantly, flexible. The product lineups include copper-clad laminates (CCL) for flexible wiring boards, cover layers (CL) and adhesive sheets as well as rigid-flexible compatible materials, a combination of FPC and rigid boards, thus allowing us to meet diversified user needs. All of these products are manufactured at our production subsidiary Takahagi Nikkan Co., Ltd., which has acquired ISO9001 certification, to ensure a structure to provide high-quality products.
